Our Exhibitor Shop allows you to place orders online for any services that you need as you prepare for the fair. You will find your guest ticket and voucher contingent in the exhibitor shop.

Subaccounts can be created for all responsible employees and service providers, and individual rights allocated.
The shop is easy to navigate and all of the ordering options are clearly laid out.
All orders, wishlists, and requested quotes can be viewed with a single click.
You can use your Messe München account to access the Exhibitor Shops for any events you are attending.
As soon as you have finished placing an order, you will receive an itemized confirmation notification.
Get access in three simple steps
Follow these steps to get access to the Exhibitor Shop
Once you are confirmed as an exhibitor, you will receive an e-mail from the Exhibitor Shop containing a link which will be valid for five days.
Clicking on the link will take you to the Exhibitor Shop log-in page, where you will need to set your password. To log in to the shop, you will always need to enter your e-mail address and the password you have selected.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to place orders for the trade fair.
Your personal log-in details will be valid for all Messe München events you attend in future so make sure you don‘t forget them.
Managing your account
As the main account holder and trade fair organization contact person, you will have the option to create subaccounts for your colleagues and external service providers (e.g., your stand constructor). Each subaccount can be allocated individual user rights.
Each person you set up with their own subaccount will automatically be sent a link via e-mail so they can choose their own password. The main account holder specifies the individual account rights.
After a particular event, the main account holder can remove all allocated rights of use from subaccounts they have created.
Features of the Exhibitor Shop
Multiple stands can be managed from the Exhibitor Shop. Once you have logged in, just choose the stand you want to place an order for from the drop-down menu.
The main menu (top right) gives you access to all of the key features of the Exhibitor Shop.
Save products and services you are interested in so you can order them at a later date.
Request no-obligation quotes for services and products tailored to your needs.
Add products you want to order to your cart and then select “Place order”.
See a summary of all of your orders and cancel any items you no longer want. You can even view all of your orders from previous Messe München events here.
Changing your password
- Click on the “Log In” button in the top right of the Exhibitor Shop page
- Click on “Forgot Your Password”
- Enter your e-mail address (the one you used to register)
- Click on “Submit”
- You will soon receive an e-mail asking you to set a new password
If your activation link is no longer valid, select “Forgot your password” on the “Log In” page and follow the steps given above to create a new account.
We can provide you with plenty of opportunities to advertise that you will be exhibiting at the trade fair in the run up to the event. You can confirm your company entry (included in the mandatory communication fee) in the “Media services” section of the Exhibitor Shop.
