Biography

Elena Hess is the Global Product Manager for Sustainable RMX Brands in Group Holcim. After graduating in Chemistry and Business Studies she started her career in the building materials industry, finding her passion in RMX concrete. In her current role she is responsible for developing and growing the global sustainable RMX portfolio, focusing on how to further improve Holcim's global offer in low-carbon and resource-optimized concretes. She is an ambassador for One Young World known as the world's biggest and most impactful youth leadership summit.
