Biography

Rafal Latawiec is a civil engineering passionate with a special enthusiasm towards building materials. He started early as young as 7 by building with Legos. Later on Rafal graduated in Civil Engineering. Recently Rafal develops his passion in materials by working as a R&D and Technical Advisor Manager in Lafarge Poland. He works closely with applicators, connecting the latest achievements from the industry with material users. Rafal successfully launches new, innovative products on the market.
