Biography
Jasna Moritz (born 1971) studied architecture at the RWTH Aachen University. Since graduating in 1999, she has worked at kadawittfeldarchitektur in Aachen, where she became a member of the board in 2011 and has been a partner since 2016. She is responsible for the strategic and content-related support of various projects with a focus on sustainable building. These include, the NEW Blauhaus a zero-energy building in Mönchengladbach, the RAG-Kreislaufhaus at the UNESCO World Heritage Zollverein in Essen (2018, DGNB certificate in platinum, C2C-inspired), the LVR-Haus in Cologne (certification target DGNB platinum; C2C-inspired; in planning), and the Moringa project in HafenCity Hamburg (first high-rise residential building based on the C2C principle, certification target eco-label HCH platinum; in planning). kadawittfeldarchitektur, founded in Aachen in 1999, currently has over 160 employees and handles projects of all sizes from interior design to urban planning. Together with all project participants - clients, users, experts and the public - sustainable solutions are developed. Well-known projects include the conversion of Salzburg's main train station, Grimmwelt in Kassel and the DFB Academy in Frankfurt a.M. ©CarlBrunn
