Biography

Dr. Thomas Kroyer received his PhD degree in 2005 in electrical engineering from the Vienna University of Technology. After a Research Fellowship at CERN in Geneva, he joined the Fraunhofer ISE in Freiburg, Germany, in 2008. He currently heads the Coating Technology and Systems Group. His research interests focus on thin film coatings for energy efficiency and solar energy conversion.
