Biography

Prof. Dr. Guido Spars has been the founding director of the Federal Bauakademie Foundation since 2021. Prior to this, he worked for 15 years as a university professor in the field of economics of planning and building at the University of Wuppertal. He received his doctorate from the TU Berlin in 2000 and habilitated there in 2007.
