The following topics contain a brief explanation of the most important steps in the organisation of your trade-fair participation after the exhibitor application, e.g. regarding the placement process, stand building and equipment as well als invoicing.
After the start of allocation of stands, you will receive a stand proposal by e-mail to the correspondence contact named in the application.
Once you have confirmed your stand proposal, you will receive your admission invoice from May 2024. For more information, see "6. Invoicing - Admission and final invoice".
The stand space booked via the online application does not include stand building. Stand building is only included when booking the stand packages. You have the following alternatives to build your stand:

Various services, such as electricity, cleaning, security, parking permits, etc., can be ordered via the Exhibitor Shop from autumn 2024 provided you have confirmed your stand space.

Your entry in the exhibitor directory and in the digital trade fair media of BAU will be managed by the publisher Neureuter Fair Media, our exclusive partner. You will receive a proof of your entry from the publisher at the beginning of 2025.
We would like to point out that exhibitors at BAU are frequently contacted by outside companies that are supposedly acting on behalf of Messe München. Please note that these companies have not been commissioned by us.
All information regarding set-up and dismantling, logistics and traffic on the exhibition grounds—e.g. traffic guide, delivery of goods, approved forwarding agents—can be found under Logistics & Traffic.
Once you have confirmed your stand proposal, you will receive your admission invoice from May 2024.
The co-exhibitor application is possible at any time. Further information on how to register co-exhibitors can be found here.
Would you like to organize an event at your stand during BAU?
As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to publish your events in advance on our website.
By publishing your event, both visitors and journalists will become aware of your event and can make a note of it in advance.
Exhibitor events are exclusively events at your stand that are held during the official trade fair hours.
Use our online form for your exhibitor event and submit your event in just a few steps. How does it work? We have summarized the most important steps for you in the user guide.
1. Register free of charge using the online form
2. Create one or more events and enter all the required information in the input mask
3. Enter relevant information in both German and English
4. Save your entries and then check them for completeness and accuracy
5. As soon as all the data is correct, click on “Save & Submit”
6. Done! Your event has been successfully submitted and will be displayed on the BAU website shortly

You can edit the submitted presentations/events and speaker information independently up to a certain point before BAU 2025. If you would like to make any adjustments or changes to your event at a later date, our colleagues will be happy to assist you:

If you wish, you can order online vouchers for customers and invite them to the fair. Invoices can be orderd via the Exhibitor Shop and will be put on the exhibitor's final invoice. Only used vouchers will be charged.
Additionally, you can also present yourself to visitors outside your stand by booking advertising space on the exhibition grounds. An overview of the available advertising spaces and advertising media such as promotion teams or wind masters on the way to the main entrance can be found here.
Finally, you may use the BAU logos in your advertising materials (print or online) in order to draw attention to your trade-fair stand. Various file formats are available for downloading in our media database.
