You want to send your clients an invitation in paper form? Or you do not have the e-mail addresses of all your potential visitors? Then, you can send the online vouchers by mail—for example as serial letter or personalized print voucher.

With this option, you need to manually enter the voucher numbers.

Your checklist—what you should bear in mind

  • Please take particular care that the voucher numbers are not used several times.
  • Everything your clients need to know for redemption you will find in our customizable sample mail to invite customers.
  • For your printed invitation you can use the PDF voucher form that you can complete with your logo and own texts.

How to send online vouchers by mail

  1. Sign in to the BAU Exhibitor Shop with the Messe München account login details.
  2. In the section Passes and tickets, click on Vouchers for visitor tickets (for ticket management) and order the desired number of online vouchers by clicking on the button Order vouchers.
  3. Then open the menu item Invite visitors or Download the online vouchers as Excel file and select the variant Online vouchers as Excel file as the campaign type.
  4. Under vouchers ordered you can also download the list again.
  5. You create your own mailing campaign and integrate the voucher numbers into your postal mailings manually.

Good to know

Why is it necessary to register vouchers prior to the event?

Important for your customers: the vouchers can only be used when they registered online in advance. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the entrance.

How to prevent problems with ticket loss / pass control / lead management

To prevent problems with ticket loss, pass control or lead management, do not redeem several vouchers in your own name or by using a wrong name / e-mail address for your clients.

What am I charged for?

As a matter of course, we only invoice the vouchers that are actually used to access the trade fair.

You can track the status in the portal under the section “Manage vouchers and invitations”.

We will also charge vouchers that your clients used in case you cancel your participation.

How to manage redeemed vouchers

Already prior to the event, you can see who redeemed your voucher and you can contact the clients again.

Ticket resale

The resale of vouchers is not permitted.

Does my admission ticket entitle me to use public transportation?

Yes, all Print@home tickets and vouchers bought or redeemed online entitle the ticket holder to use the local public transportation MVV (Zones M-6) to and from Messe München at the day of the visit.
