Top-class keynote speeches and discussions on current research results and future-oriented innovations await you in the Forum Innovation Hub. Program partners are the Bavarian Chamber of Architects, the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Construction, the BDA Association of German Architects, the BAKA Federal Association for Old Building Renewal, the Bauverlag, the RKW Competence Center as well as representatives of universities and research, including TUM Venture Lab.

Forum DGNB Special Show
As part of the special show, the DGNB is offering an extensive hands-on and lecture programme - from short seminars and compact pitch presentations to discourse rounds and project presentations, interactive network meetings and a knowledge quiz.
The DGNB and its expansive network of experts focus on a simple yet crucial strategy: knowledge-sharing – without fuss, pragmatically, holistically.

Start-up Stage
Start-ups need contacts with customers and investors in order to grow and presentation space in order to present themselves in the best possible way. This is exactly what the start-up area at BAU 2025 offers thanks to its cooperation partner The Builders Tech Club.
