Guided Tours BAU 2027
BAU offers visitors guided tours of the trade show tailored to specific topics and interests.
During the BAU 2027 Guided Tours, you’ll experience themed tours of the trade show that offer exciting insights into current trends, innovations, and selected exhibitors. This will provide you with concise expert knowledge, inspiration, and direct contact with experts from the fields of architecture, construction, and the trades.
Talks+Tours by World-Architects
World-Architects is offering a total of four Talks+Tours with outstanding architects and experts at BAU 2027 from Tuesday to Friday. You can expect a combination of a talk (30 minutes) and a guided tour of the trade fair. At each talk, projects relating to the key themes of BAU will be presented, while on the tours the speakers will show you their trade fair highlights. The meeting point is the Neo Stage in Hall C5, German or English will be spoken.
Guided DGNB tours
Central to future developments, sustainable building transcends all areas of the construction industry – just one reason why it features so prominently in all exhibition halls. The DGNB is organising a number of visitor tours around the trade fair, offering a unique opportunity to experience and discuss building materials and key sustainable building concepts. With a firm focus on practical application, the DGNB tours take place once or twice a day, Monday to Friday.
Architecture tours under the motto “Future-proof”, led by young architects
The guided tour on Friday, 15 January 2027, at 12:00 p.m. is aimed at students and young planners. During the tour, participants will visit seven selected exhibitors and gain insights into each manufacturer's portfolio from the architectural perspective of a new generation of architects. Under the motto „Zukunftsfähig“ ("Future-Ready"), the tour explores the key challenges and priorities that will shape the future of planning and construction, highlighting innovative products and solutions designed to meet tomorrow's needs.
The approximately 1.5-hour tour starts at the Special Exhibition Innovation Award Architecture+ Building in the East Entrance Foyer, Stand EO.02/05/06.

Under this theme, we invite you to join guided architectural tours highlighting selected exhibits at the BAU trade show in Munich.The tours will be led by editors from Bauwelt and DBZ and will focus on exciting exhibitors and innovative solutions. At the exhibition booths, knowledgeable representatives will present the latest product and system innovations, with a special focus on the needs and interests of architects and planners.In this way, the Bauverlag architecture tours create opportunities for professional exchange, new ideas, and direct dialogue between planners and industry.
