Interactive Formats on the Future Lab Stage
Start-up specialist lectures
In the specialist presentations by the startups, visitors will learn more about the problems facing the sector and the innovative solutions of the startups in an industry context. Where is progress already being experienced and how?
State of the (digital) Union Panels
In these panel discussions you will find representatives of exhibiting startups and expert speakers in a panel discussion on a specific specialist topic. They will explain how technology is changing the status quo for the built ecosystem. The discussion will be recorded in parallel as a podcast episode.
Fishbowl panels
In the goal-oriented discussion about shaping progress in the industry, the exchange of ideas should not be missing. In the fishbowl round, the transition between audience and panelists is fluid, as we change participants several times. This creates a truly interactive exchange of opinions.
Founders Fight Night @ BAU 2027
Get ready to compete!
The Founders Fight Night - the toughest startup pitching competition in the universe. Why is the competition tough? Because no distractions will help the startups - no screen, no slides, nothing.
That's right - every participating startup faces an equal opponent, and only one can win. Battle rap as a pitch event! Of course, the main focus is on having fun for participants and involving the audience.
In this interactive format, the audience is actively involved in deciding who wins the round because, as in real start-up life, only one person is ever right - the market!
The expert jury asks tough "Haymaker questions" in the rounds and tries to influence the market. The sessions will conclude in a spectacular final event on the 12th January 2027 and present: A new Built Ecosystem Founders Fight Champion. No pitch event engages the audience as much as the Founders Fight Night.
Matchmaking @ BAU 2027 – Investor meets Startup
As part of the Innovation & Startup Matchmaking, 1-to-1 meetings with suitable startups and digital solution providers will be organized for you on site. Gain insights into specific technologies, digital solutions or innovations and discover in conversation how you or your company can benefit from these new solutions. The format offers a quick way to get to know each other on site at BAU 2027 and, in the best case, provides the starting point for a collaboration.
